Punch Out Plus, LLC is a Lead-Safe Certified firm certified through the United States Environmental Protection Agency.  We take the dangers of lead-based paint very seriously, protecting you from the hazards of lead-based paint.

Many types of Renovations, Repairs and Painting (RRP) projects to your home can disturb lead-based paint creating lead-contaminated dust or debris which can get in your body by breathing or swallowing lead dust, or by eating soil or paint chips containing lead. 

Very small amounts of lead-contaminated dust can poison the unborn, children and adults, affecting the very young and elderly the most.  Lead paint is found only in structures built before 1978.  Any RRP project to a pre '78 home requires a Lead-Safe Certified firm to properly and safely perform the work. 

Homes built from 1960 to 1978 have a 25% chance of containing lead-based paint, homes built from 1940 to 1959 have a 66% chance of containing lead-based paint and homes built before 1940 have an 86% chance of containing lead-based paint.
